This party is the ultimate night for music fans, especially those who like to dance.  It features the music of three of the most prolific performers of our time.  It's a non-stop journey through the catalogs of Prince, Madonna & Michael Jackson.  What else needs to be said?

So join me on Thursday, February 18th at the historic 9:30 Club for a special night.  As usual I will be joined by Robin Bell who will put together a special video mix. 

Remembering Teddy Pendergrass

Just like many others I was saddened when I learned of the death of Mr. Teddy Pendergrass. Because of my mother's adoration of this man in the 1970's I was constantly hearing his music as a child. I am grateful for that. I hope that people will go back and revisit his catalog of music and understand his contribution and influence. I also hope that DJ's will play some of this man's music. Not only did he deliver some of the greatest ballads of our time, but Teddy also had several great up-tempo/disco cuts thanks to the brilliance of Gamble & Huff.

Prince vs Outkast Dance Party

It's been almost 5 years since the last time I did this party.  Definitely looking forward to it.  I would strongly advise picking up an advance ticket at the Black Cat box office or at ticketalternative.

Also, check out the video promo that my main man Robin Bell put together.  Robin will be doing a live video mix of all of the Outkast and Prince video's during the party as well.
